We will be hosting Governing Gladiators Relay Day in Veterans Memorial Park events to include the following:
Build your own sandwich, and hot dogs will be available on a donation basis only. Face painting, games, Dora Explorer and much, much more, come one, come all. Some games may require a small fee.
Bring the whole family out for a family day of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The tree of life lanterns are now on sale and can be purchased for $2.00 from any team member or by contacting Bessie Reed at 634-5057
The tree will be on display in the middle of the field on the night of the Relay June 13th

A Rising Star for a Cure, the Relay for Life Team sponsored by the Rising Star Baptist Church, will host Cooking for a Cure on Saturday, May 17th, 2008 @ 5pm. For $7 per person, come have dinner with a show presented by Pampered Chef Representative Dawn Foster.
Orders can be taken right from the catalog during this event! All proceeds will be donated to the team's fundraising cause.
